different fixes for all, muscle and tissue cant necessarily be reverted but you can prevent it from getting worse by chewing equally, sleeping on your back or opposite side of the sunken in part of ur face. the bones youd have to consult an ortho if its sphenoid or jaw for braces or palate etc. if its spine its the same process cant really fix it just stop making it worse.

There are no facial exercises or "methods" to fix bone asymmetry in an adolescent or adult, or even a child. Only surgery can fix. Muscle level asymmetries, maybe.... I would need to see scans
