Before I start, if anyone knows any good guides, they'd be appreciated. I was going to buy enclomiphene, but I heard lots of users saying that it's not effective solo, which was surprising considering it is literally a treatment for low testosterone in men. But anyway, now I'm thinking of just going on test, but I'm terrified of the side effects, which is why I wanted to get enclomiphene. How do I make sure I stay fertile, can produce my own test after a cycle, etc.? I heard HCG is good for negating side effects, but I have little knowledge of it, and I heard it has side effects as well. Are there any other compounds with fewer risks that will raise testosterone? Is enclomiphene really worth nothing? And if so, how should I go about creating my first cycle on the test with low risk?

Enclomiphene lowers igf-1 btw. Don’t use unless for a pct

Don't roid at this age you can fuck up your endocrine system, also unnecesary, if you do, don't really expect bone growth or increasing the density of anything other than the browridge. Masseter hypertrophy may give you the illusion of having a wider jaw but if you hop off you will lose it

To naturally increase it do heavy weight training, especially heavy squats, eat a high cholesterol diet, high protein, and as for carbs you should only be eating simple sugars (fructose, lactose, galactose), drink 3 Lts of water per day, tan in the sun, and look, if your T levels increase you should also lower your cortisol levels to not act like a tryhard, so unironically cold showers and meditation might help you out with that, again, not to increase testosterone, but to lower your cortisol and anxiety
