Ran 500 mg test for 12 weeks, didn’t get the results I wanted and mostly put on fat. Considering whether to come off and lean out first, lower the dose and cut, or stay at 500 and diet. Goal is 8% body fat for summer; lowest I’ve reached is 12%. Being lean is the priority over gaining muscle.

Stay on 500 and cut, while on test and cut you will not lose muscle, you can even gain a few pounds of muscle
 
I have actually decided to hop off and just aggressive cut. Test is not worth it for me. Been a disaster of a cycle
