Lateral raises, Overhead press and anything else that exercises shoulders. Bench press + neck exercise + ab exercise. That's it.

lats contribute as much to width as the shoulders do, might even be more.

Focus on high volume and training hard, don’t ego lift, use good form. Split doesn’t matter that much , just try hit everything 2x a week. Prioritise shoulders , side and rear delts especially

is it normal i lose like 10-15 hair in the shower i dont want to stop my cycle my hairline looks fine

its probably just shedding i think do you have more hair loss on cycle ?
I dont experience hairloss on cycle, I lose as much hair on cycle as off cycle

lats push your arms outwards so you perpetually look wider.

mine are always semi-flaired due to how hypertrophied they are, people think I'm flexing my lats in pictures in reality they look like that relaxed.

I got that recently irl LOL. Some inferior frail guy got upset my arms where flared out even though the are just resting on my back

DYEL guys will always try and bring you down knowing dammn well they would love to be a good physique but they just won’t put the effort in

Tuesday : glute day
Wednesday : calves day
Thurstday : deadlift day
Friday : bicep day
Saturday : neck day
Sunday : abs day

For aesthetics, shoulders and back have priority, however it's all up to genetics.

And don't skip legs like manh retards here are doing.

You should have an upper body focused split as a guy but don't skip out on lower body entirely

High volume isn't the key to muscle growth and it's very wasting of time especially as a beginner. If you are new to the gym you should so super low volume with high intensity sets performed with heavy weights in the rep range between 6-9. You should do your best on not increasing sets and trying to improve other stuff instead to stimulate the muscle. Quality>Quantity

You'll gain from anything if you're just starting

Ppl is the classic

I do the same exersizes but usually split it up differently, like Calves on push and Quads on pull if for example I have work the next day and don't want to completely brutalize my legs

Just hit every muscle group with 4-8 sets per week, the routine itself isn't as important as that basic rule, doesn't matter how you split it up.

Yeah but you can't skip out on it entirely. It will make your posture fucked. I prioritize delts over chest but I still do some sets for chest.

That’s just bad genetics. Lots of guys bench a lot and don’t have manboobs. Their chest genetics > yours.
 
Do not work legs and chests. Totally useless for looksmaxx
Shoulder, traps, neck and back u need to train 2 day per week

Yes if you want aesthetic body. Focus on upper 3 area. Neck traps shoulder
Yeah, you should focus on them. But skipping out on chest, legs etc entirely is going to fuck up your posture lol.
