mine are always semi-flaired due to how hypertrophied they are, people think I'm flexing my lats in pictures in reality they look like that relaxed.

Split doesn't matter that much if you are training like a pussy. Do every exercise like a man.
For aesthetics, shoulders and back have priority, however it's all up to genetics.

Why are you skipping out on chest day and not giving yourself a single rest day?Monday : squat day
Tuesday : glute day
Wednesday : calves day
Thurstday : deadlift day
Friday : bicep day
Saturday : neck day
Sunday : abs day
High volume isn't the key to muscle growth and it's very wasting of time especially as a beginner. If you are new to the gym you should so super low volume with high intensity sets performed with heavy weights in the rep range between 6-9. You should do your best on not increasing sets and trying to improve other stuff instead to stimulate the muscle. Quality>QuantityFocus on high volume and training hard, don’t ego lift, use good form. Split doesn’t matter that much , just try hit everything 2x a week. Prioritise shoulders , side and rear delts especially
