Post an unfrauded picture made with your back camera. Both from the side and front. In bright light, ideally outdoors so we can see the structure better.

You have the triple camera so there is no lens distortion with your back camera.

From what I see, I would definitely say cheekbone implants and a canthoplasty. Something that adds volume to your undereyes.

Your cheekbones are recessed.
