As you can see, I have low bonemass, low dimo, a narrow face and jaw

Idk what should I do, take, to improve that because of the difference in opinions and the amount of information on this forum

Get a lip lift to reduce the lip to brow distance and fix the long midface look.

For the narrow face, consider some kind of maxillary expander, preferably marpe.

Your bizygo/bigonial isn't that bad tbh, your jaw doesn't particularly look narrow

yes, marpes general function is to expand the palate and indirectly widen the nasal cavity too, significantly increasing alar base width

It does slightly expand the floor of nasal cavity, but since your mouth area is pretty wide, it shouldn’t really be an issue for u because it won't mess with your mouth/nose ratio

face is way way way too long for just a lip lift to work
