Im not fat tho i do have a bit of belly fat my face doesn't look bloated or what ever but will leanmaxxing till my abs show be a good thing in terms of facial definition? and if yes any advice and tips?
 
You’re going to have to do some cardio 3-5 time a week for some months to reduce the facial fat etc.

All u need to do is be (and stay) in a caloric deficit for a prolonged period of time (1-3 months) and you’ll lose fat. Throw in some cardio and lift weights and you’ll lose body fat easily. At first you‘ll only lose water weight though so don’t be deceived, you‘ll only really start losing fat if ur in a deficit for 2-3 weeks

hey bigman thx for the advice only problem is how do i cope with my moms cooking

random ahh shit some times its spaghetti some times its Lentil soup, if i just sense something is caloric dense could i just eat less and train normally?

Just throw in more cardio or skip breakfast. As long as you‘re under your maintenance you should be good. I‘m at 12% and eat whatever I want but stay under 2.5k cals.
