If you're young and still experiencing puberty you should optimize your diet for maximum nutrients (ideally raw meat) and pin test.

You need implants for your zygomatics (cheekbones) and your infra orbital rims (area below your eyes. you have poor under eye support which is why you have those eye bags).

Yeah I'm aware of people calling them Itachi lines lol. Its mostly nutritional, most people nowadays eat less meat than people 50 years ago did. You can get infra orbital rim implants which will fix your under eye region. But I don't want to recommend surgery to you if you can fix your issues by improving your diet
