Need help asap for heightmaxxing

I just got my growthplates scanned, I asked for a range of when my growth plates will close and they said 2-3 years. I am currently 16. I live in the mountain states and am 5'9 round up 5'10 barefoot. What is everything I can do for heightmaxxing as of right now.
