Need help asap

I have a ugly, fatty, childly voice, maybe thats a big reason people could never respect me really.
I don’t know how I could fix it and I am 17 right now.
I hate it that I am not sub 15% bodyfat and I don’t know what else I could do, which is realistic.
And I fear zero drinks, because of the aspartame.

I just don’t know what to do….​
