need help asap

the doctor who checked my nose said I have deviated septum. They are saying I need to do surgery for it as medicine didn’t work, I checked my palate, one side is smaller than the other side, could it be that? Because one side is smaller there’s a difference? Or is it just an actual problem inside my nose, If it’s because one side is narrower. Can’t Marpe fix this?
