Need help because of my hair pls

i stopped using Shampoo Like 4 months ago and my hair was pretty good. one Week ago I used Shampoo one time to wash out some products and dirt After a hard work day. Now My hair has been greasy since then and has no volume anymore.
Should I just wait or use anything?

Just dont ever use shampoo. I personally even go weeks without even water

Idk honestly i just wash my hair with water every few days and only use shampoo before getting a haircut. After that my hair is usually chopped for a few days and then it goes back to normal
