Zinc, vit d, etc covered with a multivitamin

Anything else I should add or remove? I'm open to peptides and stuff like that, I just don't want it to be too expensive or risky

thxs, will try it. do u recommend Tadalafil alone or with any other stuff too?
Might as well add it along with these supplements, no harm in doing that.
Tadalafil will bring the most benefit tho

raw liver mogs the fuck out of this fucking multivitamin, if you want a real erection fix your circadian rythim and eat some raw egg yolks, raw butter and raw liver everyday

I can get behind eating liver. It's one on the most nutrient-dense foods there is. But why raw?

My erections were always strong but high cholesterol intakes and raw liver made them even better. In my personal experience it did help a lot

Tastes better, more enzymes, more nutrients, bacteria, no carcinogens and I honestly feel cooler eating it raw:lul:

I think gobbling up some parasite eggs and then feeding a tamagochi in your stomach would negate the benefits of this.

I mean if your raw liver is infected with parasite eggs, and you eat it, and get infected with parasites too, these parasites will need to consume nutrients from your body to survive, thus making you less healthy overall and negating any additional nutrients you would get from eating it raw, instead of cooked.

Im pretty sure the cows in the farm I buy which I personally know dont have parasites brah, Im not retarded, eat it cooked if you get it from a supermarket or a non trustable source
