alfaro 100% no, pagnoni is botching a lot nowadays hes still a good implant surgeon if u need them, Eren Pera by far the cheapest on the list and worth a consultation

apart from that one reddit user who got botched bsso from pagnoni, do you have sources for any other recent botches? Consulted with pag recently and he seemed completely disinterested tbh, I think he’s already made his bag and is now lazy

although not sure if there are many others who do infra+bimax in one op.

there has been more than 1 botch and yes he got the bag and lost passion for his work
