Cerave is most certainly a good brand to use to chew acne. Make sure to look at the back of each bottle to see the steps and make sure the acne is cured. It may take sometime. Move away from processed foods as well. Also, if your hair is greasy, then you may want to find a way to suppress it. Wish you luck man.

Go blue btw.

Thanks 🙌. Hair isn’t really a problem for me looking back at the pic it looks greasy but thats just cause it was wet from when I got out the shower. Started transitioning to a more clean diet as well but ill try and dial it in more 🫡

honestly for me when I had REALLY bad forehead acne

I started using cerave cleanser and exfoliate my face every time I showered

also use the ordinary acne kit with solisyic acid with glycolic acid. works sooo well

also use exfoliating toners with a good set moisturizer after completing it. the ordinary is very good moisturizer with the acne kit

b5, salicylic acid, niacinamide n hella water got rid of mine fast as fuck

the reasons for your probably over use of salicylic acid, the main active in your acne clearing gel is salicylic acid and your cleanser is salicylic acid based. no 1 salicylic acid isnt really that effective, it can provide benefits for those with clog prone skin, however its highly drying and to the frequency your most likely using it it is causing your skin to dry out, forcing your skin to overcompensate with increased production of sebum oils, which in turn leads to over production and irritation and clogging of pores. Furthermore b12 has direct links to causing acne. i highly recommend benzoyl peroxide at around 2.5% as your acne seems to be bacterial, however retinoids such as adapalene which directly target acne could provide faster benefits. understand that salicylic acid is exfoliating, and if overused causes damage to skin that in turn makes your acne look much more inflamed and active than it really is. consider using dermatica its a highly trustworthy supplier of acne preventing treatments and highly benefitted my skin

for actives:

https://www.dermatica.co.uk/

cleansers id recommend for acne prone skin( from reputable sellers) include:

https://www.yesstyle.com/en/skin-10...a-ampoule-foam-125ml/info.html/pid.1077182367

https://www.yesstyle.com/en/round-lab-1025-dokdo-cleanser-150ml/info.html/pid.1074113181

https://www.skin2seoul.co.uk/produc...eFrvekLlXMXSIKNxzKa44_o9yolockNEp5zl6WKEzQRDH
(to be used every other 2 days, contains salicylic acid, so mainly used for cyclical exfoliation)

when it comes to moisturisers its your choice, however ive had very bad experience with that exact moisturiser, moisturisers id recommend include:

https://www.yesstyle.com/en/round-lab-birch-juice-moisturizing-cream-80ml/info.html/pid.1086574613

https://www.yesstyle.com/en/dr-althea-345-relief-cream-renewed-50ml/info.html/pid.1124698946
( just started using this and it seems to work incredibly well)

https://www.yesstyle.com/en/purito-...anthenol-cream-100ml/info.html/pid.1129733663

https://www.cetaphil.co.uk/moisturisers/moisturising-cream/5020465202096.html
( this product really helped my skin, however id be very cautious its ingrediants are horrific its honestly miraculous how well it works for my skin)

realistically when it comes to skin care it really is trial and error i have hundreds of products and you just have to find what works for your skin, i highly recommend Korean skincare, as from experience its better formulated, however stay away from overly promoted products ( however this is hypocritical as many of these products are highly popular)

when it comes to acne key ingredients to look for include:

benzoyl peroxide
adapalene
tretinion
salacylic acid( for certain cases)
azelaic acid
panthenol( for skin barrier repair)
hyluaronic acid can provide benefits of keeping skin hydrated reducing oil production, however it is highly overrated
bakuchiol in some cases
centella( very effective for reduction of irritation)

most effective routine:

morning:

wash with just water and apply moisturiser( reducing over stripping of natural oils)

evening:

- wash with cleanser

- apply toner

- leave skin to dry

- apply active

leave to absorb on skin for 10 mins

- apply moisturiser

foods that reduce acne:

- probiotics of any sort
-kefir
-fermented foods such as kimchi
-ginger
-beetroot
-carrots
-bone broth
-kombucha
-salmon
-avocado
-nuts
-cocoa powder or 85% plus dark chocolate
-turmeric( taken with black pepper)

literally anything that it anti inflammatory, also since in your last post it was visible your into body building be careful fo whey protein and eggs they have direct links to acne, and personally caused me to heavily breakout

( also people saying exfolation is the answer are absolutely lost, exfoliation is not an answer to acne ever)
