i want to add more nutritious foods to my diet that has all my essential vitamins to look better and feel better i search on the internet its just a bunch of information and words i want to get rid of any vitamin deficiencies that would 1. keep me short 2.make my face bloated or affect it in any way 3.making me feel tired it dosent got to just be food it can also be supplements any help would be appreciated
 
just eat everything that isnt ultra processed

start eating raw organs, meat, eggs and alot of fat from raw butter and other fat sources
 
Eat lots of plants, fiber, and carbohydrates.

High carb, low protein, and low fat diet mogs.

just eat a variety of foods, not too much highly processed foods, if u wanna lose weight u can do walking (if ur not eating too much)

Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet is the only healthy diet there is, Keto is nowhere near it but already a 1000% better than any other, it's what I'm trying to do because it's cheaper and easier...

S.A.D., Vegan, Fruitarian etc are all crap and a speedrun to a painful demise if you ask me, stay away from them.

Eat like a German if you want to be like a German (tall, strong, smart, attractive, well-developed), eat like a Dravidian if you want to be like a Jeet (you already got what I meant!).
 
I wonder what he looks like if he so boldly recommends that goyslop crap to others...

Eat like a Dutch/German/Scandinavian if you want to be a tall, handsome, strong and smart motherfucker... Eating like an Indian or a Nigger will not get you satisfying results if looksmaxxing is your goal, just a friendly advice.
