i want to add more nutritious foods to my diet that has all my essential vitamins to look better and feel better i search on the internet its just a bunch of information and words i want to get rid of any vitamin deficiencies that would 1. keep me short 2.make my face bloated or affect it in any way 3.making me feel tired it dosent got to just be food it can also be supplements any help would be appreciated
