i want to add more nutritious foods to my diet that has all my essential vitamins to look better and feel better i search on the internet its just a bunch of information and words i want to get rid of any vitamin deficiencies that would 1. keep me short 2.make my face bloated or affect it in any way 3.making me feel tired it dosent got to just be food it can also be supplements any help would be appreciated
 
just eat everything that isnt ultra processed

start eating raw organs, meat, eggs and alot of fat from raw butter and other fat sources
 
Eat lots of plants, fiber, and carbohydrates.

High carb, low protein, and low fat diet mogs.
 
just eat a variety of foods, not too much highly processed foods, if u wanna lose weight u can do walking (if ur not eating too much)
