need help finding a transformation/surgeon

there was a gentleman on instagram on a very popular post by a clinic. he had braces and dyed yellow hair in the before, and had white dyed hair and possibly contacts after. he basically got everything done with regards to implants. PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT
