When I started jerking off I was like 13 and I did that every day for like a year which totally fucked my nerves, I never watched depraved shit so thats not the problem yeah im probably desensitized but not incredibly. I currently jerk like once a week - twice a week. I have trouble maintaining a fully erect penis even when doing shit with my gf. Quit jerking off. Porn makes you less likely to get bricked. Go to the doctor, explain what's happening and they will takes some tests. Also ask to check your testerone. That's a big factor in whether or not you can get bricked. But some poeple, are just naturally more prone to getting erect with more intense stuff. I personally get bricked just by talking to bitches. But some friends of mine need to have their dick touched to get bricked. Not everyone is the same so diagnosis yourself. Whether you were able to get bricked easily or not. In the past I mean, before this ed shit.

I used to jerk off over 6 times a day for months on end, and in the off season from that it was still more than once daily. I don't tend to talk about that because it is a bit embarrassing, but I will tell you that you are doing and will be alright. I am able to get very good erections now though I will say at the time I didn't have issues beyond that you don't get as hard if you have just done it recently. I would recommend you stop doing sexual things with your girlfriend until you are married, but if you are doing it anyway you are probably just experiencing anxiety with her. 1. you need to stop watching porn. do you know how cucked that is? to fantasize over pixels on a screen while you have a loving girlfriend? quit completely, it's not doing you any favours. if you're not lucky, it will be permanent damage you do to your brain and reward system.
