Guys, I have some hyperpigmentation and mild acne scars.

Using tretinoin 0.025% since about 8 months.
Did 2 microneeling sessions.
I am planning to do 3 more sessions upcoming autumn.
Bought a 0.5 dermaroller and did my first session.
Planning to use it once to twice a week.
Also maybe it could help me getting fuller eyebrows.

My focus is on the improvement of my skin.

I don’t know what I just could do better, guys.

Needing y‘all knowledge, thanks in advance.

Honestly, yeah, go to a dermatologist. But if you want non-professional advice here's what I'd do:
  1. Use hydroquinone along with the tretinoin at night. Avoid concentrations above 4-6%, anything above 10% is likely gonna cause rebound hyperpigmentation and that's an even bigger issue.
  2. Use less of a pea-sized amount of both and mixed them in your finger before applying them. Avoid applying it directly in the eye area, once you're done applying it everywhere you can use the leftover in your finger to put in your eye area.
  3. Obviously use both a sunscreen and a cleanser as needed.

also note that hydroquine is a very strong product, the strongest available anti-pigment out there, so do not use it like a dumbass, or again, you're gonna get rebound hyperpigmentation and probably make your skin worse. I'd ideally see a derm, but if you wanna try your luck, it is almost guaranteed to solve your issue

How would a dermaroller give you fuller eyebrows

Saw a tiktok slideshow, which someone showed their transformation.
Also if I remember correctly Zeta said it in one of his videos on how to getting bigger eyebrows.
