Im a wrestler, 16, 6'3, and 165-175 lbs. have always been super lean, very long limbs, and an extremely fast metabolism. want to bulk up to a higher weight class, like 190 or maybe 215, but I lose weight sneezing and the highest I've been able to weigh is 180 pounds, at my peak (if I do bulk, it must be lean muscle, not fat). plus I'm always doing a lot of cardio. I also have decently narrow clavicles and would like to know how to widen them, possibly thru peptides. any athletes have knowledge on this?
