I call it the libido shake, but its also for endurance too if you wanna go jogging or sum shit.

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 tsp ginger
  3. 1 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 1 small beetroot or ½ cup beet juice
  6. 1 espresso or another form of caffeine

Optional: dash of cayenne or maca
Blend with water or almond milk
