Need Help Injecting Test

Idk how or where to inject test, does anyone have step by step guides or instructional videos for this? Let me know.

just pin subq, into the upper glute so that if you get a welt, it's not visible
use a 29G insulin needle
backload it, because by penetrating the vial, you blunt it
