In the over the top effort I made my teeth have become loose and i have massive headaches.

My mental health deteriorated and so has my skin. I have also lost 13 lbs and people are concerned about my health atm.

I'm thinking I should also get something to improve my blood circulation to my injury. So I was think of buying beet juice. But is there a better alternative?
