So i fast 1 week and eat my meat and veggies and then i fast again?XDhit a week, evaluate, break fast, repeat until you hit ur goal

The first fast wont always be too noticeable but its the increase in metabolism because of it that will make future fasts a lot more sustainable and more worth your while. Drink nothing but water (You can add artifical flavors but look for ones that dont contain aspartame) and black coffee and you'll be good to go. Although I would only recommend 2-3 day fasts mainly because you wont lose much muscle mass if at all.what did u do after the water fast to keep losing wieght?

Yeah bro just take it easy don’t over complicate it. Just eat food bro like don’t touch junk food and sodas and all that garbage..... I started to actively lift and eat healthy at age 16. When from 285 to 193 but I gained some weight cause college is stressful ngl however I’m back on my grindand you've lost weight just eating healthy and lifting. when'd you start?
