im already on day 3, what should i do now? should i do cardio? i dont know shit tbh

hit a week, evaluate, break fast, repeat until you hit ur goal

and sure u get in ur electrolytes, drink bone broth and shit

So i fast 1 week and eat my meat and veggies and then i fast again?XD
 
what did u do after the water fast to keep losing wieght?
The first fast wont always be too noticeable but its the increase in metabolism because of it that will make future fasts a lot more sustainable and more worth your while. Drink nothing but water (You can add artifical flavors but look for ones that dont contain aspartame) and black coffee and you'll be good to go. Although I would only recommend 2-3 day fasts mainly because you wont lose much muscle mass if at all.

i think i fucked up this day tbh i drinked some water with aspartame did i fuck up?? i only served like a 3g carb portion tbh

1 fuck up isnt something to stress over. Just now you know. Look up MiO artifical flavor enhancer. Its what I use.
 
Loosing weight quickly is a bad idea, you're destroying more muscle than fat. And you gonna end up looking slender and ugly. You have to loose weight slowly.

lower your calories by 1000/day max, that is, try to loose 1kg (2 pounds) max in a week. You have to do some cardio and gymmaxxing, if you can't run, lower your calories and gymmaxx. Weightlefting rises your T and saves you from losing muscle.
 
Bro just eat healthy foods and exercise. When you complicate it you will never lose weight.

i cant go to the gym but i have plates at my home will that work

However it’s harder to maintain. Eating 2,000 calories and exercise mogs 800 calorie strict diets. Yes it takes faster but my god is it depressing

I’m 6’1 208. I look good with jeans and a t shirt but shirtless not so good. Since school is online I’m gonna be trying to debloat to 180.

Yeah bro just take it easy don’t over complicate it. Just eat food bro like don’t touch junk food and sodas and all that garbage..... I started to actively lift and eat healthy at age 16. When from 285 to 193 but I gained some weight cause college is stressful ngl however I’m back on my grind 😈
