I'm 15yrs, 6ft 150 lbs and boneless.Its prolly all cope but if I can increase my faciocranial bonemads and get some more dimorphism by maxing out dht and t without roids I want to try it.Should I megadose E? Take zinc and magnesium?? What goods should I eat? I'm thinking of getting butea superba too.pls help bhais
 
Or just eat raw meat

only take vitamin d and magnesium dont listen to anyone else. everything else is a cope waste of money it really won't do anything. vitamin d and magnesium will ensure ur max potential


if u wanna take creatine for muscles and ashwagandha for stress then u could look into those two as well.

but really u don't need anything else other than vitamin D k2 and MAGNESIUM

All you need is D3, a good source of potassium, K2, Magnesium, ashwaganda, calcium and 1-2 hours a day outside in the sun
