Need help, no good infras results.

So basically I am looking into procedures to improve my eye area, my surpras and brows are fine however my infras are recessed resulting in slightly droopy eyes, now it looks fine when I sleep nicely full 8 hours and all is well but if I even slightly fuck up my sleep my eyes look bogged then I sometimes get slight sclerel show which looks dog shit.

It’s either canthopexy + fat grafts or I’ll need to get Infras but infras look beyond shit and bogged, if someone can help me with this I’d really appreciate that.
