Prefix:
So currently I'm 77kg (170lbs). Also around 18-20% body fat. I'll keep bulking for 2 months and then start my cut.

So now I'm holding around 15kg(33lbs) of fat. But I'm looking to cut to around 67kg(147lbs). So that's a 10kg(22lbs) cut, not counting my current bulk.

Questions:

1. Is this assumption correct or am I mistaken

If I do it properly, how much of my cut will be strictly fat loss? Let's assume I cut 10kg(22lbs), and 80% of that would be strictly fat, that would make my bf% 10-11%. But that sounds unreasonable to me. -- Maybe I'm counting weight distribution incorrectly, not including muscle bloat, etc. Please correct me on this.

2. What do you think my outcome will be after my cut
Current info + 2-month bulk. And cut to 67kg(147lbs). What do you think my bf% will be assuming the cut will be done efficiently?

I think its dependant on how slow you cut and how good your diet is, keep it high protein and dont try and burn thru your fat loss program quick then you shouldnt lose much muscle so then it will be strictly fat loss, water weight should be gone within the first few days/week. Its also hard to tell your bf after the cut since idk how much you will build in yohr bulk and how serious you will take it, muscle loss on a cut becomes an issue I think around the 12% mark I think, the lower you go the more your body clings onto the fat, 20 > 15% is easy, 15 > 12 is difficult and 12 > 10 is hard

Probably like 2kg(4.4lbs) or a bit more. I do PPL, pretty seriously.

So I have enough mass to around 12% bf maybe lower, If I do around 10-12kg cut, you think?

And thanks for the input.

80% fat loss sounds reasonable tbh, but depends a lot on your methodology ofc. Just cut down till you like how your face looks imho. Bf% might be about 13% everything said and done, but really hard to know
