Hi niggers, assuming my date is at 7pm i wash my face with ice cold water in the morning , get 300+ mgs of caffeine from americanos and get into the sauna till my sweat smells like charcoal. I have a few questions, should i drink normal / good amounts of water the day my date is and jump into the sauna (or not) or drink good amounts of water and jump into the sauna (or not) before the day my date is. My date is tmrw. Also i have %50 less salt loaded with KCL what time should i take it or if i should take it all because of the sodium content aside from the potassium
