Need help on this

I just found out that my jaw surgery will take months to get approved. In the meantime, I've hardly been able to leave the house. Is there anything at all I can do to fix my looks before the surgery, ie fillers for cheeks, etc I work in a really looks-oriented place and it's been getting to me and yes I am on a calorie deficit right now and am heading for 10 percent body fat but I'm trying to fix the lack of bone. Is there anything you guys know of in your knowledge that I can do that would be effective immediately.

PS I know that I'm recessed I just can't stand walking around like this.

i was slimmer in those pics than now. I feel like i look boneless and am boneless. Im never gonna be goodlooking because of that.

Working on both but people are saying i need jaw surgery and i honestly agree. Its just a hard go here when i have to be around people while looking like a bloated child

yeah but i think im looking bloated no matter what because lack of bones. I think i need implants or fillers unfortunately. Also jaw surgery but it's gonna take a long time for it to approve

I've seen enough on here to tell me it's not worth trying. I just wanna increase me looks as much as possible which isn't much
