Need help planning cheek osteotomy + implants. willing to pay well for high value analysis

I need a zygomatic osteotomy similar to what's picture. My cheeks are low, and one side is significantly lower than the other. Infraorbital implants would follow this up, but there are no western surgeons well versed in this procedures. If anyone can help with detailed analysis on the ideal movements for this procedure(or help source any surgeons who can perform it), I am willing to pay very well. Cheers.
