so I'm currently taking 20mg everyday along with 0.625mg letrozole eod I have an event in 1.5 month I was thinking can I up my dose to 40mg per day for a month? Also what should be my cummulative dose 150mg/kg or 200mg/kg

what event causes you to want to up your dose 40 mg per per day

it's diminishing returns after 20 mg as your skin and eyes become dry as fuck and not to mention you will purge. 10 mg daily is ideal for aesthetics and also wont fuck your liver

Oh I could only get 20mg softgels I'll try to get 10mg ones could you tell me what cummulative dose I should reach I haven't gotten bloodwork i don't think I'll be able to should I still take low dose accutane

do 20 mg eod then

cumulative dose is 120-150 mg/kg minimum to avoid relapse and keep your accutane gains long term (basically perma nuke your oil glands which you want to some extent)

you will be on it for a few years at low dose, but accutane does have some unaesthetic side effects on higher doses so its a trade off tbh but who cares as long as your liver is in check it shouldnt matter too much how long ur on it as many celebs have that same protocol for life (10-20 mg 3x/week)

I mean I'm not getting any sides except dry lips on 20mg per day im taking nac astaxanthin and other antioxidants for liver support shouldnt i just continue 20 everyday 10mg would be wayy too long no

Yes you can continue 20 mg per day but 10 mg will give similar skin results and anything over 20 is unnecessary. If you can deal with the sides at 20 mg stay at 20
