Honesty, I'm not sure wherever go for filler or implants this year.

If someone had them to, and knows how they work;

1. How much time to go back to a normal life or go out after them?
2. Would infra orbital and fat graft be good to fix under eyes and uee?
3. For the designs, any reccomendation about things to avoid
4. Genio or Chin Implant? I got a normal chin, not recessed but it’s not very good either.. what would be the best pick?

Thank for all your time, as this will probably be a journey and a life-long decision.

1.After getting them if the implant was designed and placed right you won't have any problems like double vision or implant reveal around the orbitals.

2. Infraorbital implants are 2 types, the normal one and the one with saddle, mostly people chose the saddled one, most of the times after getting any implant around the orbitals it could reveal and look unpleasant, you can fix that with fat grafts from what i know but it also depends on the size.

For UEE it depends on your supraorbitals, if they are recessed then you'll need implants rather than fat grafts (depends if they are infront of the eyes by alot then it isn't mandatory) or if it's to round and big a supraorbital implant might be better.

3. For designs i would just recommend you to go with Dr.Pagnoni if Liam isn't avaliable or if you manage to get in contact with Liam then it's way better.

4. It depends, you can get a custom genioplasty where it widens your chin and make it (i think it might even make it square) or for the implants where you can change the size of your chin, width (but in my opinion if your submental area isn't tight then genioplasty is a must).

Good luck on your opinion OP, hopefully you get the results you want.

You got dm?

I know about infra malar w/ saddle and them, in fact I was already thinking about this stuff a year ago.

So between graft and genio vs implants, it is case by case dependent? I’d prefer the first two as they are permanent and fix bone

Yeah basically both will suit you.

They both will suit you, i think genioplasty is the better option if you get it custom.
