Need help Short ramus

I have a short ramus I have a 5.05 cm ramus length and it’s pisses me off is it only fixable with surgery or can is there something like a marpe but for a ramus

the best solution i found and that worked for me was chewing hard food or gum or anything there are researches on how chewing affects ramus and they are positive so just chew hard things at least for 20-30 mins daily and that might help you also do things that help bone development in general
