need help starting to resell video game cheats

I have read some guys step by step on how to resell video game cheats but i am stuck on something. before i can buy the cheats i need to sell i first need the discord server with people inside of it. But how can i get people in the server before selling the cheats? People will join the server and ask to buy cheats i do not yet have so what is the solution?
