Need help to know what i should do

So i thought i had enough muscle to cut and look somewhat ok (look last pic) but now post cut i realized that i lost all my muscle, first two pic and last pic is me at 185lbs (im 5'11 ) and the rest are me at 160lbs, should i cut down more until i have more definition then bulk like a fucktard or do i just bulk up right now
(last and first two pics r 185lbs me n the rest is current me)

you should be 12-18% BF. main gaining is optimal, bulking is useless

cut, hit your protein goal and stay consistent with going to the gym
