The way you verify the legitimacy of a site is by looking for discussions on it. Especially sites like Reddit since that's where most conversations about things happen. So you can run a simple google dork like

"telvrx" site: reddit.com

You run this google search and it will uncover conversations about this website. You can do the same for Looksmax to see if people discuss that site here

If no discussions, you've got your answer

Online pharmacies can legally prescribe you drugs. They will tend to give you a questionnaire and if you answer it correctly, you get the drug. Some won't even give you a questionnaire. It's controlled drugs which you will struggle to get a prescription from them for. Drugs are grouped based on how strictly they’re controlled.

Over-The-Counter shit like ibuprofen, antihistamines easy to get.
Prescription-only drugs like: Ezetimibe, Accutane still easy to get if you fill out their questionnaire right

Then we move onto controlled drugs like: Ritalin, Adderall, opioids. A simple prescription is not enough. You need specialist input. Often from a consultant psychiatrist and shit
