Need Help w/ Red Spots and Whiteeads

No matter how hard i try, how many products i use, how much i change my diet, it feels like nothing works. most of the time after a pimple goes away, it ends up leaving a red spot right in the middle of the face. hence the spot under my right nostril which has been there for 6 months.
i use exfoliators, gel base, and oil base washes along with a peeling mask, glycolic acid, and a calming toner.
also, i already sleep with silk sheets. any advice? products? dermatologist?
