Started working out after a long period, my archetype is skinny fat, although idk my body fat %, i do power training with weights, then do 30 min of cardio, maintaining about 153 heartrate, i try to drink a lot of water, which is kind of hard because i didnt drink almost any water throughout the day before, my daily goal is 3 L per day, but for now, i end my days with 2-2.300 ml drank, i take suppliments such as Ashwagandha, before the sleep
noni, msm, glutathione, green tea extract, cranberry.

2: a couple of days before, when my cheeks became kind of hollow in the evening
I need help, what else should i do to imrpove my looks, and is my routine good or bed
