First so high sensitivity test on estrogen.Then research what exactly ro take to get ir between 20-40pg/ml if you dont have that already. Get as much hgh as you can afford. Atleast 4IU daily. Anything below 8IU per day pin once per day. If youre going 8+ split the dosages
