Need Help With Acne Desperately 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Im 16 and im suffering from my acne since i was 14, i tried alot of stuff but didn't work, parents refuse to let me hop on Accutane so im currently using tretinoin cream, i use a salicylic acid facewash everyday at night and i also use niacinamide serum in the morning to help control the big pores (slight improvement on the pores so far) acne still as worse, my diet is currently as best as i can do, cut out sugar and i eat clean aswell, no junk. How can i combat this acne? PLEASEEE I NEEDA GET RID OF IT, also just to add, idk if acne is genetical or not maybe, but i've seen my mom have skin problems also when i was a kid, prolly runs in the blood idk, but anyways pls do help out on any solution u can give out

If the acne is severe and isn't getting better with topical solutions then Accutane is the way to go. I know ur parents don't allow it but maybe if you got a professional opinion from a derma?

i had acne problems too and they went away with time. keep ur diet and dont use accutane itll make u purge and u will become even more depressed (will work tho)

its likely that your acne is just hormonal and your best bet would be accutane (Only if you want to get rid of it yourself rather than letting time do its thing) but at this age its side effects are even more horrible hence why ur parents are against it,

In my personal experience salycilic acid FUCKED my skin up. Try to get accutane through a vendor if your parents wont let you, but the tretinoin will work great too. I dont think you want to combine salycilic acid with tretinoin because it’ll dry out your face
