Need help with analyzing graphs

In this graph "methylphenidate SR (sustained release) 20 mg" which is probably "Medikinet Retard" looks way more smoother that "Concerta 18 mg"

In this graph "Concerta XL" looks the same as in the graph above, yet "Medikinet Retard" doesnt have a similar curve like in the picture above (yellow curve)

Why do they differ so much?

Already have the solution. The yellow curve from the first picture isnt "medikinet retard"
