Will fixing recessed maxilla fix philtrum? Also around 8-9% body fat and still no hollow cheeks don’t think I can’t fix that without better bones.

genuinely think youre capped out, aside from bloat and eyebrows. surgery needed for philtrum. Idk if lefort-1 affects the philtrum or not but a lip lift will.
