Need help with bloodwork

Going tomorrow to ask for my bloodwork, in my country I have to go to my family doctor first and ask for a ticket to bloodwork, how should I ask her to get my hormones tested? Mostly looking for my E2 level to determine if I should start running aromasin now or later.

Just look up the effects associated with elevated estradiol and fraud about having 1 or 2 of the side effects that are easiest to lie about, or just be honest
