Need help with conditioner (haircels gtfih)

I have 2b hair and I would like to make my hair look better and have never used conditioner, I need help, what products should I get? Heres my hair, it looks like shit. I use shampoo about every other day but trying to swap to 2x a week. Should i start using conditioner and what kind?
