Im 16 years old parents feed me unhealthy food, food such as rice with chicken soup with a lot of oil can literally see the oil in the soup basically a middle eastern cuisine diet like fasulya and more. Is there any way i can eat healthier without provoking any family members? Im barely touching healthy weight on the BMI scale is there any diet a 16 year old can survive on without using too many ingredients which will not stung my growth? Please write down a diet goal is to lose 5lbs
