Need help with how to max out my lower third?

I will be getting bimax and ccw rotation with genioplasty with a blackpilled Italian surgeon after my decomp is done.

I will still need to address the gonial angle and ramus area.

There is an oseteotomy for that region but apparently it is not as good as custom angle implants in creating angularity and sharpness.

HAve never seen a good wraparound jaw implant result in my life.

I assume since I am doing genio and bimax, i wont need a full on wraparound?, i could just get away with the jaw angle implants?

See if you can get the surgeon to place custom angle implants during the bimax. Some surgeons do that.
