brutally narrow. is there anyway to widen it? there is some lense distortion in this so its not as bad as it seems irl but its still very noticeably narrow

i’ve been doing it consistently for like two weeks before i got sick 5 days ago and my palate is definitely wider. i also did it on and off for a few months. i used to really struggle keeping my tongue on the right side of my palate but now it’s relatively easy. idk how much it helps with lower third tho

And dye eyebrows darkbrown/black, try both
Aaaand try different haircut
