Need help with non cope ways of fixing my mental health (URGENT)

This is probably the best and also worse place to ask when it comes to this but I'm desperate. I need help with my mental health, it's literally dogshit I feel melancholy but I've also turned on the retard meter by 100x every 5 days which is straining my relationship with my mum and dad. How can I fix this ? Both supplement and just anything tbh I need help.

Same here tbh, I am gonna tell you Non-cope just focus on Looksmaxxing and improving all areas of life, it may sound like cope but accept that nothing is okay but that’s okay.

Same here tbh, I am gonna tell you Non-cope just focus on Looksmaxxing and improving all areas of life, it may sound like cope but accept that nothing is okay but that’s okay.
I thank you for trying to help but the problem runs way deeper than my looks or anything. If anything my looks make me feel better.

Some ascetic practices

Good sleep is a must

Wake up and sleep at consistent times

Have some intellectually and physically stimulating hobbies

Eat real food

Journal if you want some deeper introspection

I've never heard of ascetic practises, what may that entail ?

I've never heard of ascetic practises, what may that entail ?
Just denying yourself cheap pleasure, don't mistake it for making your life miserable

If you are the type to constantly listen to music, doom scroll forums or other social medias, spend an excessive amount of time watching YouTube, mindlessly self-pleasuring yourself etc, you'd benefit from drastically reducing all of that

This extends to like consumerism and media consumption, stay neutral and in control

In the short term:

- more fap, more sleep, more showers, be lean / athletic built and eat better, especially more fruits and yogurt, and drink plenty of water

- less time in front of screens doing things that are very psychologically demanding or stressful (a competitive game for example), and instead replace it with reading (news, stuff on Reddit, threads here) and listened to more chill music or asmr's

- get out and walk as much as you can when you feel like there's nothing to do

- talk to ChatGPT about your situation and your problems, and just because he seems to understand you and gives you feedback (even if you don't follow it) will make you feel better and reflect better on your problems

In the long term:

- getting to the points where you get involved in more sport / social activities that give you meaning, direction and belonging

Just these things alone should be ok to put you in a better position to focus on whatever are important to you

They've worked for me, on my own skin, so I recommend them to you too

It's not that, my life is actually good it's that I'm destroying my internal and idk how to fix myself

Start taking Probiotics, Drink Kefir and eat Sauerkraut, the key to good mental health is a healthy gut flora.

I recommend forms of exercise like calisthenics and yoga where you really get into your body, not stupid lifting but actually using your body, feeling into it, feeling it activated. This way your attention will be in reality and not about stupid internet stuff.

Also something to do all day, even a part time job, can give your life structure.

Gut microbiome maybe? Should help with how you feel in general

Get 12 eggs leave in cup for 24-48 hours drink raw

Everyone is saying probiotics but fermented vegs and milk does literally nothing compared to meat
