Need Help with Shampoo recommendations

I’m struggling to find any good shampoo that are actually good for the hair without paying crazy, do anybody here have any recommendations for wavy/normal hair sometimes it’s dry and have dandruff I use to head and shoulders and that dried out my hair and I used L’Oréal one which started to cause hair loss everytime I use it.

idk but just find the most moisturising one without too many estrogenic ingredients. keep it basic.

Just don't use anything except use once a week a conditioner, otherwise for some idk idc problems, use based body works shampoo from a tiktok monkey lance baker
