Need help with skin

Currently coping with red acne marks, dark spots and a few blackheads every day for the past 6 months of so.
My skincare routine to counter this consists of La Roche Posay's effaclar duo+ spot treatment, vit C, and sunscreen.
Should I add or change anything?
